Keith Inglehart - Founder
With over 30 years of experience in the power generation industry, Keith has worked in various roles from being amillwright to technical field advisor. He is one of the members to start Outage Support Resource in 2022. Outside of work, Keith enjoys fishing and spending time with his family.
Cody Pate - VP of Operations
Cody has over 20 years of experience in power generation field services/petro. Also well versed in new construction and new installation of equipment. With his skills and knowledge, Cody manages all operations for OSR. He is also one of the members to start OSR. In his spare time, he enjoys fishing, being outdoors, and spending time with family.
Esmy Pate - Administration
With over 10 years of administration and customer service, Esmy brings knowledge and organization to OSR and itscustomers. She manages the day-to-day operations to keep OSR running smoothly. She is also one of the founding members of OSR. When not working, Esmy loves to spend time with her family and friends.
